2. Hosting / Hosting

This site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, on servers in the EU. When you visit, the server processes your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are deleted after 14 days. Hetzner processes this data on my behalf as hosting provider.

Diese Website wird bei der Hetzner Online GmbH in der EU gehostet. Beim Besuch verarbeitet der Server IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite und Browsertyp, um die Seite auszuliefern und abzusichern (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Server-Logs werden nach 14 Tagen gelöscht. Hetzner verarbeitet diese Daten als Hosting-Dienstleister in meinem Auftrag.

3. Inquiry form / Anfrageformular

If you send an inquiry, the details you enter are used only to answer it and to prepare a possible booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are sent by email to me, a backup copy is stored on the web server, and both are kept for as long as needed for the inquiry and any resulting contract, then deleted, unless legal retention periods apply. The newsletter sign-up link leads to Substack, which handles subscriptions under its own privacy policy; this site itself stores no newsletter data. There is no sharing with third parties, except the email provider that delivers the message: Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

Wenn du eine Anfrage sendest, werden deine Angaben nur zur Beantwortung und zur Vorbereitung einer möglichen Buchung verwendet (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Sie werden per E-Mail über Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Irland) an mich übermittelt, als Sicherungskopie auf dem Webserver gespeichert und gelöscht, sobald sie nicht mehr benötigt werden, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen gelten.
